I help colleges and universities get students engaged, involved and actively participating on and off campus.
I’m grateful to have twice been voted “Campus Speaker of The Year” and I wrote Living College Life In The Front Row.
My mission is to encourage individuals to find and develop their unique talents so that they will make the biggest impact within their campus and community.
I operate by five core values:
1.) Make authentic connections
2.) Create your own reality
3.) Be open to change
4.) Commit fully
5.) Contribute to others
In 2005, I co-founded the charitable organization Front Row Foundation, which was featured on NBC’s Today Show. The charity has raised over $1,000,000 to help children and adults braving life-threatening illnesses have a front row experience at the concert or sporting event of their dreams.
I do what I do because I love to inspire those around me. I believe we should help each other overcome our fears and step up to start Living Life In The Front Row™.
I am certain this is my calling.
On a personal note, I live in New Jersey with his wife and kids.
My favorite part of speaking is seeing students light up with energy, clarity, motivation and hope for a bright future (and the event planners when we deliver big time!)
I could tell you all day long that I’m a great speaker, but more powerful than anything I can say, are the reactions to my program and book…
“I know you travel to hundreds of colleges/universities and meet the same number in students! I am just emailing you letting you know that I read your book and read it from cover to cover in one seating. I was totally into it from the word go.” Emily, University of Findlay (Student)
“My life has been drastically different because of your presentation at Penn State DuBois campus. I have started sitting in the front row in all my classes and outside of school in my meetings. It has inspired me to reach for my wildest dreams and that putting myself in the front row of my life will take me far.” Lauren, Penn State DuBois (Student)
“Jon has an amazing talent. He is a gifted speaker. He will have an amazing impact on your students. If you wondering if you should hire Jon or not, this would be the best investment you can make.” Erin, Georgian Court University, Director of Student Activities (View Video here)
“I just wanted to thank you for the encouragement and the new ideas you brought. My whole life I have been told I can’t or I won’t get to where I want to be, but you inspired me.” Caitlyn, Manchester University (Student)
“Your message was amazing Jon. I’ve never seen someone dramatically shift the positive energy of room in such a short period of time. ” Dave, Finger Lakes Community College (Student)
